Over three years I worked closely with internal stakeholders at The Hershey Company to refine and develop their standards for Internal Brand, Facilities/Environmental, and Partnering Organization use, simplify design processes for factory, HQ, and C-level audiences across the organization, and create branded collateral (logos, print, digital, event, environmental, animations, swag, templates).
Building their VIS refresh, I created print/digital/environmental/event design branded collateral (logos, infographics, data visualization, PowerPoint decks, web/intranet/social media, digital screens, Teams backgrounds, Hershey HQ store swag, interior/exterior signage, event toolkits, photobooth prop design, animations, and templates). As the “keeper of the brand”, I created project logos and supporting collateral, reviewed signage and U.S./international office/factory brand designs for VIS compliance. For several months upon the absence of their Manager of Visual Communications, and while going through cancer treatment, I solely managed and implemented all internal design and onboarded Nicole Bennett to Hershey’s (and Boldface’s) team.
